- INFRA: Govt decided to change location of its alternative Cilamaya port pro-
  ject for a number of fine sounding reasons. Most industrial estates are loca-
  ted close to the old location (KIJA, LPCK, SSIA, BEST), so they probably will
  be sad to see that fall through. But since no analyst has modeled that yet, it
  will at best be a neutral event. KIJA's own dry-dock plans might actually
  benefit from that, but same as above: noone has modeled that in yet.

- INFRA: Govt also decided to extend the auction of projects from March to May.
  They claim 70% of the projects already awarded, so good progress.
